Parts & Labor Policy

Parts:

When FleetSide Ford LLC repairs your vehicle with Ford parts, you will have your entire repair, including all the parts and labor, backed up by Ford Motor Company's 2-year, unlimited mile warranty. If a part were to fail while it is under warranty, we are responsible for removing it, paying a technician to determine why it failed, buying a replacement part, having it delivered to us, and installing it on your vehicle.

 

When Ford parts are not available, or you need your vehicle sooner than we can get Ford parts, you will have the option for us to look for and install after-market (non-OEM) parts. Most after-market (non-OEM) manufacturers have a warranty on their parts. That warranty varies per part manufacturer. The warranty may be as short as three months or as long as twelve months. If their part fails within their warranty period, they will replace the part.

Labor:

We understand your desire to save money. We make every attempt to give you the most advantage for your purchase. Some of the advantage is not tangible and is how we stand behind our work. At FleetSide Ford, we cover a 90-day or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty on Labor from the day your vehicle was repaired in our shop.
