New & Used Auto Sales

FleetSide Ford is looking for a driven and customer-focused New & Pre-Owned Auto Sales Professional to join our team. Primary Responsibilities:
    •    Selling new and pre-owned vehicles through inside and outside sales efforts
    •    Guiding customers through the entire buying process - from vehicle selection to financing to delivery
    •    Actively prospecting and following up with leads via phone, email, and in-person visits
    •    Maintaining customer and prospect records in the CRM system while meeting monthly sales objectives
    •    Providing ongoing support to customers before, during, and after the sale
    •    Assisting with appraising trade-ins as needed
    •    Delivering vehicles while explaining warranty, financing, and service policies
    •    Staying up to date on new product releases, inventory, and financing options
    •    Maintaining a professional appearance and representing FleetSide Ford with pride

Qualifications:
    •    Prior sales experience required (automotive sales preferred)
    •    Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
    •    Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
    •    Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    •    Team player with a positive, energetic attitude
    •    Valid in-state driver's license required

Commercial Truck Sales Account Manager

FleetSide Ford is looking for Commercial Truck Sales Account Manager. The opportunity to put your customer focus and people skills to work while having an opportunity to grow your career at the same time. We are seeking a high energy individual with a passion for commercial vehicles. As a Commercial Truck Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the industry. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our range of trucks to retail and commercial entities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep knowledge of trucks, and a proven track record of sales success. Previous experience and knowledge are required, but there's a lot we can train with the right individual who is willing to work hard and who is committed to integrity, excellence, financial responsibility and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Selling new and used vehicles, will be both inside and outside sales 
• Assists customers in selecting/ordering trucks and components which suit their business needs 
• Actively finds new and existing prospects either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside the dealership 
• Provides follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers. 
• Maintain customer/prospect list with our CRM and meet monthly sales objectives 
• Maintains professional appearance 
• Attends managers meetings as requested 
• Completes product training on a regular and continuous basis 
• Offers service to all walk-in and call-in customers on assigned floor days 
• Delivers new trucks, explaining new-truck warranty and service policies • Studies truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and application continually 
• Appraises used trucks when necessary

Certified Service Technician

Service Technician

FleetSide Ford is looking for experience Automotive Mechanics/Auto Technicians to join our service team. Excellent hourly pay with a performance incentives.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician your goal is to provide the highest level of customer service. You will interact with Service Manager, customers, and other team members on a daily basis. Our goal is to create a service experience to make lifelong customers. This position requires experience with automotive systems and service procedures including diagnoses, engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

·         Provide technical service to vehicles (cars & trucks) and equipment. 

·         Perform routine maintenance 

·         Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards

·         Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

·         Provide an estimate of time needed for repairs

·         Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

·         Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins. Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards

 

Qualifications:

·       Automotive work history experience required

·       Ford Certification preferred

·       Have your own tools

Oil Change and Tire Technician

FleetSide Ford is looking for Oil Change and Tire Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As a Technician your goal is to provide the highest level of customer service. You will interact with Service Manager, customers, and other team members on a daily basis. Our goal is to create a service experience to make lifelong customers. This position requires basic automotive knowledge.

·         Perform routine oil changes and maintenance

·         Using Tire Machines

·         Perform vehicle inspections

·         Perform minor repairs

·         Keeping work area clean

·         Performs work specified on the repair order in accordance with dealership standards

·         Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

·         Use iPad to document Multi Point Inspection resolves
